Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Kalkulator Kosztorysu app may store, use and share data in connection with estimates, Premium features, ads, Firebase services, synchronization and data import/export.

About the app
Kalkulator Kosztorysu is an Android app for creating estimates, quotes and PDF offers. The app may include a work and service catalog, document history, estimate statuses, ads in the standard version, Premium features and data synchronization.

Website analytics and consent
The website kalkulatorkosztorysu.pl may use Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic, content effectiveness, SEO performance and marketing campaigns related to the Kalkulator Kosztorysu app.
After consent is granted, technical data about visits may be collected, including page views, device details, browser, approximate region and traffic source. Before consent is granted, analytics remains disabled through Google Consent Mode v2 with a default denied state.
Website analytics does not send the user's customer data, estimate contents, PDF files, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Preferences can be changed by opening the .
Data stored locally
Depending on the features used, the app may store locally on the device, among other things:
- work and service catalog;
- categories;
- items and prices;
- estimates;
- estimate history;
- estimate statuses;
- document data if entered by the user;
- app settings, language, theme and city / region;
- information needed for Premium, document statuses and synchronization, if applicable.
The scope of stored data depends on which features the user actually uses.
Data entered by the user
The user may enter into the app, among other things:
- service names;
- prices;
- quantities;
- units;
- site or project names;
- investor details;
- contractor details;
- document number;
- validity date;
- other data entered into the estimate.
Depending on what the user enters, part of the data may contain personal data.
What data may be collected automatically
If Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring are enabled in the app version being used, some technical and diagnostic data may be collected automatically.
- device model;
- Android version;
- app version;
- device language;
- country;
- diagnostic data;
- performance data;
- app usage events.
Firebase Services
The app may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring solely for app usage analysis, app quality improvement, performance analysis, stability analysis and error detection.

What data is NOT collected
The app does not automatically collect or send the following user or customer data to analytics, advertising or diagnostic services:
- customer first name;
- customer last name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- address;
- estimate contents;
- PDF documents;
- photos;
- labor costs;
- material costs;
- user notes;
- any personal data of the user's customers.
This data remains only on the user's device or in the user's personal cloud storage when synchronization is enabled.
Ads
Google AdMob may be used to display ads only in the free version of the app. Some features may be available after watching a short ad.
Premium completely disables ads. AdMob may use the Advertising ID in accordance with the user's settings, Android settings and Google's policies. More information is available at Google AdMob Help.
Google Play Billing and Premium
Premium purchases, subscriptions and purchase restore are handled by Google Play Billing. The app may read purchase or subscription status to unlock Premium features.
Payments are processed by Google Play, not by this website. The app does not store bank card data, does not receive bank card data and does not receive the user's payment details. More information is available at Google Play Help.
Premium synchronization via Google Drive AppData
As part of Premium features, the user may enable synchronization using Google Drive AppData. This may require connecting a Google account for synchronization, backup and restore.
Synchronization may include the work catalog, estimates, app settings and backups. The data is stored in app-specific Google Drive AppData storage and this feature is used only when the user enables the relevant Premium function.
If the app version in use includes a cloud data deletion feature, the user may remove cloud sync data without deleting all local data.
File import and export
The app may support:
- PDF export;
- PDF import if the file was created by this app;
- QR import and export;
- CSV import and export;
- Excel import and export within Premium.
Files are created or selected by the user. Sharing a PDF or other files happens through the Android system share sheet if the user decides to use it.
Purposes of data processing
Data may be processed for the purpose of:
- creating estimates, quotes and PDF offers;
- storing document history and settings;
- importing and exporting data;
- handling Premium, subscriptions and purchase restore;
- synchronization or backups, if the user enables them;
- displaying ads in the standard version;
- analyzing app usage, quality, performance, stability and errors with Firebase services;
- ensuring correct app operation.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary for app functionality or services chosen by the user.
- Google Play for purchases, subscriptions and purchase restore;
- Google AdMob or other Google services for ads, if they are used;
- Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring for technical, diagnostic and performance data;
- Google Drive AppData, if the user enables Premium synchronization;
- the Android system or apps chosen by the user when sharing PDFs or other files.
Data deletion
Local data can be deleted through Android settings, clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Details are available on the Data deletion page.
If the user uses Premium synchronization, cloud data may be deleted separately from local data. Google Play subscriptions and payments are managed by Google Play.
Data retention
Analytics, diagnostic and performance data may be retained in accordance with the Google and Firebase retention policies for the services in use.

- the user can remove synchronization data or the account connection used for synchronization, if this feature is enabled;

The app may use the following third-party services:

We use available Android platform and Google service mechanisms, but no method of storing or transmitting data can guarantee 100% security.
Children
The app is not directed to children.
