Data deletion

This page explains how to remove local and cloud data in the Kalkulator Kosztorysu app and how to manage a Premium subscription in Google Play.

This is an English translation of the Polish legal page. In case of differences, the Polish version is the primary reference.

Does the app require an account?

Basic use of the app does not require creating an account. Premium sync features may require connecting a Google account.

How to delete local data?

Data stored locally on the device, such as estimates, work catalog, history and app settings, can be removed through Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

  • Android Settings → Apps → Kalkulator Kosztorysu → Storage / Memory → Clear data
  • uninstalling the app from the device

Depending on Android settings, backups or system mechanisms, uninstalling the app may remove local data, but it does not have to automatically remove data stored in the cloud.

How to delete cloud data?

If the user uses Premium sync features, some data may be stored in Google Drive AppData. Local data and cloud data are separate areas.

If the app version in use provides a cloud data deletion feature, it can be used without deleting local data. Deleting local data does not have to automatically remove cloud data, and deleting cloud data does not have to remove local data.

Premium and Google Play

Premium and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Subscription management, payments and cancellation of Premium are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google Play rules.

What will be deleted and what may remain?

  • local app data can be removed by clearing data or uninstalling the app;
  • Google Drive AppData synchronization data can be deleted separately if the user uses Premium sync;
  • deleting local data does not have to remove cloud data;
  • deleting cloud data does not have to remove local data;
  • purchase or subscription status is handled by Google Play and is not canceled by deleting app data alone;
  • billing data and subscription information are processed by Google Play according to Google rules.
