Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app's core features can work offline. You can create a work catalog, add items to an estimate, save estimates and use history without a constant internet connection. Internet access may be needed for ads, Premium, synchronization or looking up prices in a browser.
Can I generate an estimate as a PDF?
Yes. The app lets you generate an estimate or offer as a PDF. After creating the file, you can share it through the Android system menu, for example by email, a messenger app or saving it to files.
Does the app support VAT?
Yes. You can set a VAT rate in the estimate, and the app automatically calculates net, VAT and gross values.
Can I create my own work and service catalog?
Yes. You can add your own items, prices, units and categories. Catalog entries can then be quickly added to future estimates.
Can I add items manually without using the catalog?
Yes. Items can be added directly to the estimate. When adding an item manually, you can also save it to the catalog to use it again later.
Can an estimate have sections or chapters?
Yes. An estimate can be divided into sections. You can create, rename and remove sections, and move items between them.
Does the app save estimate history?
Yes. Saved estimates are available in history. You can reopen them, check the date and final amount, or remove documents you no longer need.
Is the app only for construction?
No. The app can be used by different services and small businesses, for example renovations, electrical work, plumbing, gardens, cleaning, service businesses, transport, beauty, events or freelancers.
Can I add client or document details?
Yes. An estimate can include details such as the document name, site, investor, contractor, document number and validity date. These details may be used when saving the estimate and exporting the PDF.
Can I share an estimate with a client?
Yes. After generating the PDF, you can share the file through the Android system menu. The delivery method depends on the apps installed on the device, for example email, a messenger app or cloud storage.
Does the app support QR import and export?
Yes. The app can export a catalog or selected items to QR and import data from QR. Import can add new items and update existing ones.
Can I import or export Excel?
CSV/Excel features may be available as part of Premium. Availability depends on the current app version and active Premium status.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The standard version lets you use the app's core features. Premium removes ads and may unlock additional features such as Excel import/export, selected discounts or markups, and synchronization, depending on the current app version.
Does Premium remove ads?
Yes. An active Premium subscription removes ads in the app.
How does Premium purchase restore work?
If Premium was purchased through Google Play, the app may check active purchases and restore access to Premium features on the user's device.
How does synchronization work?
Synchronization may be available as a Premium feature. If the user enables it and connects a Google account, app data may be synchronized through Google Drive AppData. Availability depends on the current app version.
Is my data stored locally?
Core app data such as the catalog, estimates, history and settings is stored locally on the device. If the user uses synchronization, some data may also be stored in Google Drive AppData.
How can I delete app data?
Local data can be deleted through Android settings, clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Information about deleting local data and synchronization data is available on the data deletion page.
Can I change the app language?
Yes. The app supports several languages, including Polish, English and Russian. Availability of additional languages depends on the current app version.
Does the app replace professional accounting software?
No. The app helps you prepare an estimate, quote or PDF offer. It does not replace professional accounting software, tax advice or individual document verification.
